Recessionary Conditions Slow Housing Market

The British Columbia Real Esate Association updated its 1st quarter forecast today.  BC Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) residential sales are forecast to decline 9 per cent from 68,923 units in 2008 to 62,650 units this year.
